Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, all associated Bonus Funds forfeited, and all winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your nicph account credentials, including your email address, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. nicph will never request your password via email, SMS, chat, or any other communication channel.

The minimum single deposit amount on nicph is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00). nicph reserves the right to modify this minimum amount at its discretion, with notice provided to Players via the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their nicph Account settings. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, as required by PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.
Player Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nicph's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their nicph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nicph collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach, nicph reserves the right to withhold funds where required by PAGCOR regulations or applicable law. In cases of account closure not related to Player breach, nicph will process outstanding real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their nicph account in good standing may do so by contacting nicph's customer support via live chat or at the support email address provided on the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms or the nicph platform, save where PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes apply.
Where a Player has a complaint or dispute in relation to their nicph account, they are encouraged to contact nicph's customer support in the first instance. nicph commits to responding to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its designated player complaint channels.
nicph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, including in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or operational changes to the platform. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the nicph platform prior to taking effect.
Your continued use of the nicph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.
