Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, all associated Bonus Funds forfeited, and all winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nicph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nicph does not accept deposits in foreign currency and does not operate foreign currency wallets.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on nicph is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00). nicph reserves the right to modify this minimum amount at its discretion, with notice provided to Players via the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where nicph's Cashier otherwise expressly permits.
3. GCash and PayMaya (Maya) withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval.

5.4 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their nicph Account settings. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, as required by PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances

Player Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nicph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

3. Using the nicph platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Accessing nicph from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

nicph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold and void any associated balances or winnings, and report such conduct to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All content on the nicph platform — including but not limited to the nicph brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to nicph and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nicph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the nicph platform without nicph's prior express written consent.
3. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nicph's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their nicph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. nicph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming opportunity, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform.
2. nicph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that games will be error-free, or that the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

nicph collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1. nicph collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and where applicable, PAGCOR-mandated reporting obligations.
2. nicph may share personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law or by the conditions of its operating license.
3. nicph implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
4. Players have rights in relation to their personal data as set out in the nicph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.

nicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.
• Activation of self-exclusion by the Player.

Upon account closure for breach, nicph reserves the right to withhold funds where required by PAGCOR regulations or applicable law. In cases of account closure not related to Player breach, nicph will process outstanding real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms or the nicph platform, save where PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes apply.

Where a Player has a complaint or dispute in relation to their nicph account, they are encouraged to contact nicph's customer support in the first instance. nicph commits to responding to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its designated player complaint channels.

nicph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, including in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or operational changes to the platform. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the nicph platform prior to taking effect.

Your continued use of the nicph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.
